"This is a lovely home surrounded by trees. The deck and porch were a favorite spot to unwind after a day of adventure. We found this to be a wonderful basecamp as we explored the area. It's close to the coast, Occidental, and Sanoma/Napa Valley wineries. We skipped a day trip to San Fransico in favor of a day at Armstrong State Park. Highly recommend going to the park early for a restful walk on well-maintained trails. "

"We celebrated two eightieth birthdays while staying here. There were twelve of us, a comfortable bed for everyone, and with three units, privacy for those who needed alone time, and in the main house plenty of space for socializing.We hiked up at Trione-Annandel State Park, and mostly ate out in Glen Ellen and Kenwood. Birthday dinner at Stella's in Kenwood. Fabulous."
