Great place, friendly staff. Comfortable accommodations with a nice breakfast. Pool is wonderful during the summer months. There are 2 great places to eat across the street right by the river-Farmhand & Stumptown brewery-very convenient. Also convenient to Armstrong Woods. Will be back!

Beautiful place! The staff was extremely personable, friendly and helpful. Got an upgraded room, which was impeccably clean, modern, yet cozy. So many lovely touches that made this a great stay, like the complimentary hot apple cider, staff knowing you by name, and watercolor map of the property. Delicious breakfast, and also highly recommend the dinner tasting menu! Will definitely be returning! Centrally located within the Russian River area.

Enjoyed very much, however, expectation of adult oriented environment disturbed by a number of young children and crying baby. Hope this is more closely observed by the property.

The B&B was absolutely wonderful. It was close to many local vineyards, the coast, Napa, the redwoods, the Russian River, etc. Dana and Brian are so good about answering questions, the breakfast is amazing and their home is beautiful and welcoming. We hope to stay there again in future trips. Oh and Dana makes the best cookies every afternoon! :)

Beautiful property tucked in by the river with new ownership and management. Really enjoyed our stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The grounds are gorgeous. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Very charming location in Calistoga. Peaceful and right next to a working vineyard. Excellent service from Adilene. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway.

We liked everything at the lodge except the bed.

This hotel is truly 5 stars. The staff was very accommodating upon arrival. The room was eloquent and inspiring with classical music already playing when we entered. After a long day of tastings, we were not in the mood to attend our dinner reservations, so thankfully the staff allowed us to order from the restaurant, Chalkboard, although it was a bit after the restaurant was technically 'closed'. The hotel grounds were lovely, and the room was comfortable and spacious, but the overall service, while friendly, is not as good as it should be for the price. The front desk completely neglected to tell us about any of the "extras", like the free wine tastings at Ferrari-Carrano vineyards (value of $35 per person), the complimentary daily wine tasting at the hotel, and the corkage fee waiver at John Ashe for bottles purchased at Ferrari-Carrano ($25 value). None of these perks are mentioned on...

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here. We appreciate the friendly staff. We also enjoy the full breakfast and the snacks that are provided. S’mores by the fire are a fun extra. I hope we can stay here again!

I stayed in a standard queen room and it was spotless. The second thing I noticed was a Nespresso machine for my morning coffee I own one at home so made me feel right at home. As a woman traveling alone I loved the safety aspect of the parking garage. I will stay here again could not find negatives at all.
