"The lady who checked us in had not long started working with the hotel but took her time and made sure she was doing everything correct. She was very chatty which was nice and welcoming telling us about things happening near by. Rooms are lovely and clean my only gripe would be it would've been nice to get a view of the river instead of the car park but never mind. "
