This was a very comfortable place to stay. I liked that it wasn’t too far away from the Casino and all the activities and shops. It felt like I was in another picturesque place where I could relax. Pool and river was great. I will definitely stay there again.

There was an issue with our booking, and the staff was very helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, and had a lot of options. We also enjoyed how quiet it was. We would stay again if in the Cherokee area.

Our overall stay was great. Super staff, wonderful pool. Only downside was the breakfast, which was extremely poor. The “hot” food was cold at best, which made it questionable from a health standpoint. Other than that, I would recommend the place.

The location was perfect and there is self-serve hot breakfast every morning. Don't expect clean towels, hand towels, or wash cloths, toilet paper, or trash bags unless you find the two "housemen" that clean the room after you leave. Absolutely no cleaning is done until after you leave. Front desk told us to leave dirty linens outside, along with trash, but over 12 hours later they were still there. The only time we were in the lobby, there were two check-in girls talking rudely about an elderly lady that had just checked in. The lady was extremely nice, so there was no call for this. The girls had no clue what was happening for Halloween. Fortunately, we came in for the Cherokee Legends that night and I was able to explain it and tell the exact directions to get to the Village. I finally told my nephew that I didn't want him to hear the girls negativity and we went back to the room. The ants in the bathroom was surprising. I made suggestions prior to leaving, but I will never stay at Quality Inn again.

Affordable, great location, free shuttle to the casino, pretty out back by the river, bunny's and other wildlife, comfortable bed and modern bedding. Older motel so of course some areas are aged but great for the money. If you have 5 star interest, look elsewhere.

Although the staff were friendly, the overall feel of the Inn was tired and in need of a deep clean and update. The WiFi never worked. The rooms had a musty, smoke smell and the bathroom could have done with a good steam cleaning.
