"This was our third time staying at this home for our winter vacation. Mary has always been very accessible and responsive. Check in is easy with the door code. The kitchen is well stocked, and the garage and driveway are large. We spent every evening in the theater room, watching Netflix and just hanging out together. The cul de sac is quiet but close to restaurants and ski resorts. There were a couple of minor appliance damages from prior renters when we arrived, mainly cosmetic, which Mary was aware of and taking care of. Overall, this home is spacious and family friendly. The best part of this home is the long dining table, which allowed us to all eat together. "

"This home is ideally located for a ski trip to nearby Snowbird, Alta, Brighton or Solitude. The home is well maintained and furnished with a large living room, dining area and full kitchen. The three bedrooms (one with two bunk beds) allow for a large family or even two families to comfortably share the space. The management was very communicative, made sure check-in was easy, and checked-in during our stay to make sure everything was fine. We would recommend this home on the edge of Dimple Dell Canyon to anyone who is looking for a spacious, comfortable, home-base while visiting the Cottonwood Canyons. "

"Truly felt like home! we have a large family and usually spend holidays all together at our house. We really appreciated the large welcoming space in the kitchen and family room as well as the proximity to fun things to do. we've stayed many home rentals over the years and I can say without a doubt this was the best appointed... it was stocked with spices and condiments...all the things that you need if you're going to have a home meal."
