Absence de WC pendant l'ensemble du séjour

Le logement était agréable, correspondant bien à la description faite par Abritel. Sauf que les toilettes n'ont jamais fonctionné. Le passage du déboucheur n'a pas été concluant et nous sommes restés sans WC 7 jours. Le logement n'était donc pas louable en l'état.

Globalement , pour l'appart je mets la moyenne car quelques points nous ont un peu gênés. Notamment sur la vétusté générale de l'appartement et des équipements ainsi que de l'odeur laissée par les anciens occupants.(friture) Très bruyant au niveau de la rue, pas mal de circulation, prévoyez vos bouchons d'oreilles. Après le parking et ascenseur c'est super et bien sur le lieux et ses environs, très bien. Donc quelques travaux de rafraichissement à faire et je mettrai très bien.

Précisez sur l'annonce, le temps qu'il faut pour avoir accès au centre ville, à pied où en voiture car à pied cela demande 15 mnts. Sinon ville sympathique très belle, nombreux commerces, restaurants, très propre. Concernant appartement un petit rajeunissement saurais bien, appartement certainement pas souvent aéré avant l'arrivée des vacanciers

Sans double vitrage, l'appartement est bruyant et difficile à chauffer. La robinetterie de la baignoire est bonne à revoir. Sinon, le reste est conforme aux photos, l'appartement est idéalement situé avec parking. Literie satisfaisante. Propreté irréprochable.

Sur une avenue très passante et sans double vitrage le studio est bruyant même la nuit, heureusement une jolie vue avec un peu de mer et une jolie maison en face. Les sanitaires laissent à désirer, ils sont vétustes et le réfrigérateur aussi. Parking privé et ascenseur sont appréciables.

Appartement bien situé mais très bruyant, il faudrait envisager un double vitrage Une décoration au gout du jour serait mieux le parking est bien pratique , car si on le souhaite on peut tout faire sans déplacer la voiture le prix demandé par le propriétaire,dommage qu'il y ait autant de frais par interhomme
