Die Lage ist sehr gut. Unbefriedigend: keine Kommunikation in Englisch möglich, obwohl auf der Website steht, dass der Gastgeber englisch spricht. Wie konnten unsere Wünsche/Reklamation mitteilen. Wir sind davon ausgegangen, dass es zwei separate Betten gibt - so ist das Foto auf der Website - wir hatten Gottseidank eigene Decken mit und konnten uns behelfen. Es fehlt Kochgeschirr. Es ist nur ein sehr großer Topf vorhanden, getrenntes zubereiten von Kartoffeln/Nudeln und Gemüse ist nicht möglich

Bon emplacement mais quelques axes d’amelioration

Emplacement en centre ville et à deux pas de la plage. En revanche le logement mériterait quelques améliorations : odeurs incommodantes malgré l’ouverture répétée des fenêtres, propreté pouvant être meilleure (vaisselles rangées retrouvées sales, sols mal lavés…), l’extérieur pourrait être mieux séparé de l’autre partie du jardin, voisins du dessus que l’on entend vraiment… Nous avons été déçus par rapport aux photos alléchantes de l’annonce.

Précision de la mitoyenneté

L emplacement est idéale pour découvrir Dinard, nous avons passé un super séjour, le seul bémol est que les photos de l annonce ne montre pas que la location est un rdc d une maison qui est habitée à l 'étage, et que la partie extérieure de la location est finalement très réduite, cette partie devrait être un peu plus isolée par de la végétation ou des claustras au moins visuellement devant la porte d entrée et la fenêtre de la cuisine car l intimité visuelle dans le jardin n était pas toujours au rdv. Par contre, l exposition est top, et la literie aussi, on se sent comme à la maison et le logement fait tout de suite oublié ce petit ou grand désagrément extérieur selon votre capacité d'abtraction du colocataire !

Super séjour à Dinard La maison est parfaitement placée et très agréable. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse. Maison très bien équipée et propriétaires disponibles et très gentils.

Une charmante maison agréable et très centrale

La maison est idéalement située au centre de Dinard avec un accès immédiat aux commerces, au marché et aux salles de cinéma puisque nous venions pour le festival du film. Le logement est spacieux et agréablement décoré, la literie de bon confort, la cuisine bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute des vacanciers, fournissent beaucoup d’explications et mettent à disposition à l'intérieur des notices pour l’utilisation des appareils. Tout est simple dans cette agréable location. Toutefois il faut préciser qu’il s’agit d’une maison dont le premier étage est occupé et que l’on entend les pas. Cependant l'entrée est indépendante et nous nous sentions vraiment chez nous!

Delightful apartment in central Dinard

My husband spent a lovely three nights in Dinard. The apartment was as pictured, getting in was very easy and Gerard always responded promptly to messages. Location is great, 5 min walk from pretty much anything you want to do in the town. Parking was pretty easy to fine as well!

Maison idéalement située, à proximité des commerces et de la plage

Maison idéalement située et très agréablement meublée, décorée et spacieuse. On se sent comme à la maison! Nous avons pu profiter au maximum de la terrasse car très ensoleillée et à l'abri du vent. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires qui s'adaptent au mieux aux heures de départ et d'arrivée.

Well placed, central, quiet. Everything you need

Quiet and central location. Garden is shared with a neighbour but that didn't cause any problems. Everything you need except for towels is provided. Clean, tasteful. Would suit someone with mobility problems as all on same level just be aware that when the beds are zipped together as a double there is not much room to manoeuvre at the sides but we managed fine . We hope to go back as it's good value

A warm welcome, very comfortable

A very comfortable and well equipped house. M and Mme Vayer met us on arrival and were very charming and helpful (they booked a taxi for us from/to the airport). Great location, close to shops, beach and town. All good, nothing negative to add!
