"Thank you for a wonderful experience staying at One Gem Hotel. The service has been excellent from the moment the driver collected us from the airport and even delivered us to our room. It was a lovely surprise when you upgraded our room for our anniversary - the special gestures from the written letter was so warming. The bed was extremely comfortable that my newly fiance did not want to leave. We will definitely be returning to One Gem Hotel when we visit Haikou next time."

"The hotel is comfortable and takes care of little details evident in how the room was designed and amenities provided. For eg, light switches are conveniently located, with 2 toilet door openings with one near the bed and you don’t need to find your way in the dark. The sink has 2 taps to accommodate 2 persons. There is also a weighing scale, useful if you need to check the weight, including your luggage. You scan the key card to enter the room and there is zero failure rate unlike those cards which must be inserted. There are also eateries and super mart nearby."
