"Enjoyed the free breakfast, wish it was open a little longer. Check out was difficult, line of 4-6 parties and nobody around. Waiting for 5-10 minutes before people just left their keys and walked away. "

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Soon as we got in our room I noticed our toilet was running. Someone was sent up quickly to fix it!! Being able to walk over and back from the mall was AWESOME!! Only complaint is they need to have a hot tub and also a microwave in the room....but other than that we loved it!"

"BEST STAFF IN MINNEAPOLIS!! Our family loved staying at this hotel during our visit to Minneapolis. Awesome continental breakfast, generous checkout time (12pm), two indoor swimming pools and two hot tubs w/ towel service, and most importantly a safe walkway to Mall of America. Additionally, there is a TGI Friday’s and IHOP attached to the hotel."
