Guests are required to leave the property in a clean and tidy manner similar to how they found it.
To comply with our covid cleaning practises all Rubbish must be bagged and tied and put in the rubbish hutch at the front of the driveway. Hire linen used must be stripped from the beds and placed on the bathroom floor. If the property has a BBQ and you use it, it is the guests responsibility to clean it.
All used dishes pots pans etc must be washed dried and put away from where it came. Failure to do these items will see extra charges applied.
Travel dates affected by Covid lockdowns can be moved to new dates fee free. To cancel the reservation when the dates are affected by Covid lockdown the guest can receive a refund of 75% of the booking value.


Please ensure you check out by 10am after washing drying and putting away all dishes used. Place rubbish bags after tying them in the rubbish hutch to the left of the complex as you look at the building. Remove used sheets and pillow slips and place on bathroom floor along with used towels
Be out of the apartment and parking by 10am after placing the key back in the key safe
