"Very disappointed. Booked as a stay over from a trip back from Italy. Alarm bells should have started ringing when they charged us 7 a person for a sheet and a towel. Entered the property and there’s a distinct smell of cat urine. Got a message in the morning saying the house must be spotless and to make the beds. "Arrivée devant la porte toujours pas d'instruction concernant le logement après plusieurs tentatives nous arrivons enfin a contacter la personne qui nous annonce qu'elle n'a pas eu notre réservation, je lui envoie les photos de notre réservation enfin la situation s'arrange donc faute certainement au site de réservation... Par contre très grand appartement mais très vétuste dommage et le point très faible la propreté les frais de ménage sont facturés 30 euros alors que l'appartement et vraiment...

"It’s some years since I stayed in a Campanile and I think this one was a recent development. Very good , though rooms are quite small. Unpretentious but quite adequate breakfast, decent beer, very friendly & helpful staff, and even some simple pre-prepared meals, which saved us having to find a restaurant after a late arrival."
