We had a wonderful stay with everything on our doorstep- the cottage is directly opposite the beautiful Manor Park, there’s a selection of charming pubs in both directions of stepping outside the door, there’s a corner convenience shop, a take away, and it’s just a 5-10 minute stroll to the town centre and a good variety of cafes,...

"We stayed for a few days whilst visiting family in Manchester and Sheffield.The location was perfect for this! Extremely quiet but very accessible.We appreciated the space of a house, for two people (and a dog!) and also the fact that we were able to book for the exact dates of our stay.Warm (temperatures outside were around zero) and comfortable (very comfortable bed!)Very well-equipped kitchen … just missing the means to make fresh coffee!Definite recommendation from us!"
