"We got totally scammed at this VRBO. The house was essentially abandoned. Completely over grown yard, garbage on the porch, garbage throughout the property. The host never responded to questions about check in. Phone number we called went straight to voicemail and we were never able to contact the host. The gate to the property was chained up and had no trespassing signs with images of guns on them. How VRBO allows the property to be listed on their site still is incomprehensible. We are now...

"The Ranch House is a true double wide trailer. It has a lot of room very clean and quiet. The drive from Las Angeles was beautiful. The trailer is close to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park. The views from the porch were amazing!!!"

"As advertised and a convenient location for the family wedding we were attending. Nice looking pool with clean yard. We didn't have time to try it out but ate a couple of meals poolside and that was very enjoyable. "

The area is great and the distance to get out into nature and reconnect was within reach here. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The host was lovely and very communicative - she happily let us check in early, and check out late. Amazing proximity to Sequoia National Park. Only room for improvement would be if the property had its own private entrance. You have to drive past a couple of houses to get to the location, so we were a little confused getting to the house, but it all worked out!"
