"We loved our stay here. Reception was extra helpful, and our room was quiet and comfortable. This spot is a bit of a walk from the old city, but worth the trip. "
"The hotel is great, clean and spacious. The staff is great. Location is good if you are going to guggenheim museum, not as good if you are going to casco viejo. "

"A brilliant hotel with kind and helpful staff, excellent breakfast and beautifully appointed rooms. One of the best experiences we have had in the 40 years of European travel. Nothing less than exquisite !"
"One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever walked into, the lobby and bar area was gorgeous and a great place for a nightcap as the day winds down. We were greeted by the staff upon check-in, and they were so friendly and took the time to show us the spots to hit around Bilbao. From there, each experience we had with the staff was splendid, helpful in reserving a taxi for an early morning flight, getting us wine at the bar, etc. Easily the most helpful and friendly staff I've experienced at a hotel in years. The rooms were not huge, but had a nice couch area beside the bed. Sink was outside of the bathroom and the bathroom was tight but not too small. If you are looking to explore old town, this is a perfect place to stay, we can't wait to stay here again in the future. "
"Got a room on 9th floor and it was modern, airy, spacious, quiet, and clean. Above average for what I paid. Comfortable bed. Nice having a little fridge in the room as well.
Hotel location worked out perfectly for me. Close enough to walk to Guggenheim, museum, Old Town, but not so close to tourist sites that prices are high. Many cafes, grocery stores, and other useful services right in the neighbourhood. Not knowing Bilbao when I booked, this ended up being the perfect location for me to explore the town and avoid most of the tourist congestion. Would definitely choose to stay here again. Only caution is that it’s near the football stadium, so if there’s a match on it can get very busy (and noisy) in the area."
"We had a most pleasant stay in Hotel Sercotel Coliseo. We shared a triple room which was spacious, quiet and comfortable and very clean. It housed a mini fridge which contained bottled water and nibbles. Breakfast was included in our stay and there was a great selection of both cooked and continental food. A lovely sun terrace was available for guest use which had comfortable seating, soft lighting in the evening and heaters if required. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout. The hotel is well situated less than 10minute walk from city centre. I would happily stay there again."
"It was my first time in Bilbao and what a great place to stay. The room was beautiful and the bed so comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Great selection. "
