"The property was advertised as premium property great part of town. But when we arrived we noticed security bars all over the windows and doors and my partner felt very uncomfortable staying there. We immediately told the property manager that we didn't even want to stay one night but was convinced to stay one night but my partner was so uncomfortable that she went to bed fully dressed and couldn;t sleep at all that night. We left the next day but now property manager will not respond or return...

"Very peaceful and relaxing, nice pool and barbecue area, we enjoyed it as a family!! The host was always available for any questions, very pleasant and helpfull. The villa does need a little tlc on the outside, and there was no wifi as advertised, but who cares when you have a pool!! I enjoyed it!!"

"Location is near restaurant, market, pharmacy & subway…. Good for sleeping and going into town. The bus to Puta Cana and other cities is located near by making it the perfect transitional spot."

"He viajado mucho por el Caribe, América del Norte, Central y del Sur. "There was no hot water option in the shower or sink house cleaning was extra and towels were not regularly available had to ask for new ones and they didn’t want to give me more then one at a time "

"The best thing there was the only girl and staff her name is Melissa although the property was awful and evertglhing was dysfunction Melissa was great. The first night there was broken shower spilling water everywhere. The next day i was changed to that had an awful internet signal. The Jacuzzy didnt work. The area was the best right in the heart of Conolial city."

"I absolutely loved my stay at El Embajador Hotel in Santo Domingo! The hotel is very nice, exceptionally clean, and the service was great. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with plenty of options to enjoy. The location is perfect , situated in a safe, upscale area of the capital, with several great local restaurants within walking distance, which was a huge plus. Everything about my stay exceeded expectations, and I will definitely be returning whenever I’m back in Santo Domingo! "
