"Friendly and welcoming staff. Walking distance from Severance Hall, Art Museum and several ither sites. Rooms are clean and functional. Water pressure in shower is marginal. Only major issue was the smell in the cafe area coming from the oven in the coffee area. I believe a burned out catalytic convertor is the issue and should be replaced ASAP. Not healthy for the wonderful staff or guests."

Check in and check out processes were seamless. Debbie communicated effectively even through parking issues due to construction on the street.
