"All the staff is very friendly and willing to assist if they can. We were in unit 1301 which was a great location for us. Only negative was the limited kitchen cookware, glasses, utensils provided. Reception was able to find us a fry pan. The pots were a little large and there was only wine glasses, no regular water glasses. We made do... not a really big deal. The king bed, as well as the couch and loveseat were firm, which suited us."
