"pretty basic, it was clean, always warm and toasty upon entering and smelled of baby powder. The towels were the softest I have ever felt, and room service was right there each morning to take the old and replace with clean soft ones "

"The most adorable, cozy house! 3 college friends stayed for a weekend! The beds are so AMAZING we all want to order the mattress, sheets, pillows, etc. The house is in a great location and just minutes from the downtown area where there are cute shops and restaurants! If we ever come back to Dixon we will for sure stay again!!! "

"We had a king bed and it was very soft. Pillows were not flat. Toilet is an elongated bowl. Shower is inside of a jacuzzi style tub so lots of room. No breakfast but there is a coffee vendor trailer across the street in the parking lot of a bar that had a decent selection. There are vending machines in the lobby. Close to town but you’re outside of it a bit. We were there at the end of October so we got a view of the river and only a few other people in the building, so it was gloriously quiet. "

"The deck overlooking the river was lovely. The patio to the west needed a sweep - lots of spider webs! Room was clean and as expected. Staff was very friendly."
