"Great value for the money. The staff was great. If you work remotely, be sure to ask for a room with a desk; not all of them have one. Water was warm, not hot, and pressure was adequate but not great. Location is great. Wifi worked well. Would stay again. "

"Room was not the cleanest. Bathroom was dirty with hair. The picture on the wall wasn’t wiped down and there was splashes of substance on it.There was trash behind the ottoman in the bedroom. The bedsheets on one of the beds had some type of substance on it and some other dirty marks. "

"So you save a dollar a day by making the soap , shampoo, and conditioner squirt tiny drops at a time but by the time a guest has stood there for several minutes pumping and pumping just to get enough to wash their hair, you've more than lost it in guest perception of the hotel. Not to mention the likely cost of the water, just standing there pumping. It feels very much like the sort of thing where you pinched a penny but helped your guest in the eye, leaving them with a very sour perception of the hotel."

"Stay here period. Comfortable beds and well organized rooms with good blackout curtains for the city that never sleeps. The staff are absolutely amazing and helpful. The bar is so comfortable amd the food from breakfast onward is really good. The hotel is literally 20 steps from Times Square. Want a great experience and value for your hard earned money- stay here."

"Staff unhelpful, long lines for check in, no soap in my room when I arrived, the elevator had issues one night and I wasn’t let up to my room for about 30 minutes. The place was dirty and just unkept. The location is good, but that’s about it. They also keep $150 in resort/destination fess. Cannot recommend "
