I have stayed here multiple times and enjoyed every visit. The rooms are charming, calming, beautiful. Old New York charm with new New York hospitality. Easy access to the 6 train and other lines that will take you anywhere. The staff is kind, accommodating, helpful, and thoughtful. I leap at the opportunity to stay here!

Decent size room (for NYC!) well worth the money for a true boutique hotel! Staff was great! Noa a cafe was a great spot for morning coffee as well! Plus it’s in a perfect location. Close to lots of mid town stuff and right off a subway stop.

What a pristine hotel! My friend & I loved our stay at HGU NY. The hotel was beautifully decorated, the front desk staff were very helpful & kind. Our room was gorgeous & very clean, loved the amenities. The connecting cafe was delicious & what a great view from the rooftop! We told our friends we have to stay here for all our future K-Town trips. Love from Boston!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect location right next to the subway right next to Empire State building Madison Square Garden down the road from Times Square perfect. Jalen was great at the desk and treated us like we were the only ones in the hotel taking care of our every whim. Only complaint it was raining so the rooftop wasn’t open

Stayed here for 5 days in April and I really loved it. Staff were very friendly. Our room was clean and very comfy. It was my first time in NYC and I'm so happy we stayed here, it was honestly wonderful. The cafe in the front of the hotel was lovely too. I'd stay here again.

Tiny. But who stays in the room while in NYC? Super helpful staff. Left my bags since my room wasn’t ready early- came back and they were magically in my room! So happy not to have to lug them around!! Super friendly staff.

Locked out of my room for two nights, constant loud banging on the lower levels from the gym next door. Location was wonderful with the subway right down the block. The room was clean and cool. But the staff seemed a little off the entire stay.
