"Very comfortable hotel, spa was well furnished and quiet. Was a little dismayed to have a staff member open the door to the sauna and give a 5 minute lecture on the need to sit on towels while using it, towels were all brown from the benches afterwards. Excellent breakfast and outstanding shower. Rooms were a little hot and some air con would have been nice. Staff were very friendly and efficient. "

"The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, and the location near Warnemünde was very convenient for exploring the area. However, the unit could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival. Also, the steps leading up to the unit were not very dog friendly we had to carry our dogs up and down, which was a bit of a hassle. Overall, it was an okay stay with some pros and cons."
