"Check in/out was seamless with pleasant staff. The executive room with water view balcony was lovely and clean. Air con worked nice during the heatwave one night, but was blowing out warm air during our second night which was the only blemish on a fantastic stay. Breakfast was self service and kept nice and hot. There’s a few eating places and convenience stores within a five minute walk. With the Custom House Elizabeth Line train station within five minutes, you’re just less than 20 minutes away from Central London on new air conditioned trains. Would definitely use this hotel again,"

"A spectacular river view and nice room if you pay more. Lovely gardens for the heart of the city/Wharf. This hotel could be great if it improved a few basics. Check in was poor as they migrated to a new system. We waited 15 mins as the first in the queue with no offer of a complimentary drink. The rooms need kettles. We asked 5 times before one was delivered with tea bags also requested. Only drink on offer was coffee. Breakfast at 9.30 am was stone cold as the hotel is geared toward business users who check out early. This all said this hotel could be great and is I a fantastic location."

"Lovely view from the breakfast room across the river to O2 Arena. Bedroom (standard) a good size, bath and shower in ours, much appreciated as we walked a lot and had very tired feet. Bed very comfortable with nice bedding, great aircon in room too. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice and good quality produce. 10 minutes walk to East India DLR station. Morrisons local by station. Short walk to Canary Wharf with coffee shops and restaurants, we ate in Dishoom an Indian restaurant and found the food and staff exceptional. Hotel Reception staff friendly and helpful, restaurant staff the same. Would recommend this hotel."

"Amazing big room in the perfect location. A stones throw from underground. The room itself was large, comfortable and quiet despite being right at the excel. Shower was amazing, very comfortable queen size bed, black out blinds that actually work. Staff were friendly. Bar area was nice to chill in. Parking on site definitely helped despite the charge. We didnt eat on site but food looked nice from what we saw. We didnt use swimming facilities but wish we had the time too. All looked well maintained and clean"
