"I was in flat 5. Easy access, i phoned in advance to arrange entry into the apartment, i was there a little early, thankfully so was the lady who gave me the keys and showed me around the apartment. Good welcome pack was nice.. All amenities work well. The wifi code was a little tricky, as the login was incorrect, but the password was fine. "The apartment was nice and spacious. However only two towels were provided for 4 people, upon asking for more we received back a message to say there was more in the cupboard unfolded. These towels were dirty with stains on them. The apartment was quite dusty and bathrooms were not the cleanest, the owner of the property explained the cleaners were busy however offered no apology. Upstairs noises all night, and had to shut windows as outside traffic and noise from neighbours. "

"The actual apartment was clean, comfortable and serviceable. It is in a block with more permanent residents who do not have the same standards of cleanliness. Post box junk mail emptied on the entrance floor. Nappy wipe dropped at the front door. Smell of old cooking and smoking coming from other apartments."
