Gorgeous property. Friendly staff. Quiet except the upstairs neighbors had squeaky floor boards and were up walking around from 5-8 am and we couldn't sleep. Bar on main floor is beautiful but not open very long. The bartender Bill makes the best old fashioned. Clean. Very comfortable bed. Jetted tub was amazing. Would definitely stay there again.

Here for wedding. Understand checking in before 3 sometimes can’t happen. So we asked if there’s was an iron or anything we could use Or laundry close , her answer was very rudely NO. Not pleasant at all. We had several rooms with us for this wedding on the 12th. Like I said understand check in time but the rudeness that she presented was very disappointing and we will definitely never be coming back to this hotel again. This was probably the nicest hotel I have stayed at during my travels. It was as nice as some resorts I have been to. The room was spacious, modern, clean, and surprisingly quiet considering I had a room right on the balcony above the front desk. Historic hotel fully restored with black marble floors, comfortable room & bed, comfortable furniture, free parking, overhead rain forest type bathroom shower, immaculately clean (room, hallways, elevator & lobby), friendly staff & rich flair of the past hotel glory from 1913. Our room was spotless, the breakfast buffet had many choices and was delicious, the staff was helpful and we would absolutely choose to stay here again.

I needed to cancel the day of because of Covid. Hotels.com would not refund unless the hotel management agreed. I believe Latoya was the very kind woman who helped me convince management to issue me a refund. Big thanks to management and Latoya as this booking was for my mother who cannot afford to waste money on unused hotel nights. I will go out my way to sleep here anytime I visit Milwaukee. Hopefully the accommodations match the front desk service.

We enjoyed our stay! The lobby was fresh, new, colorful, fun, clean, cheerful, warm, inviting & spacious to hang out in. There was even a nice new pool table. The location was very convenient!
