"My room had a full kitchen but there were no pots/pans, dishes, silverware, glasses. Why have a kitchen that can’t be used. The room was very clean. Housekeeping was very polite and accommodating."

"I love the small town charm of the area. The hotel itself felt like a remarkable find, given it was in the middle of nowhere. There was a pronounced humid/musty smell upon entry from the pool. Some of the features of the rooms appeared dirty or rusted, such as the shower head, the metal rack outside the bathroom (both appeared rusty) and the window sills (which were visibly dirty). Overall, I was not put off by any of this, but it was clear that this was not a new building or meticulously cleaned. There was a notice with the stack of pool towels in the room that there were four, a charge would be applied for missing towels. However, there were only three when I arrived. Even though the showerhead was dirty/rusty, the water pressure was excellent and the shower was very relaxing. We had to ask for toilet paper upon arrival because the available roll was almost out and there were no extras. I would definitely stay there again, but for those who look for quality of a chain, you might consider sticking closer to Milwaukee."
