"I registered online for a room and when I got there everything was waiting for me with no delay. I was handed my keys and the young lady at the desk escorted me to my room to help me with my bags. My room appeared and was clean righ down to the bathroom tub, sink, and toilet and stocked with the necessities. Refrigerator was nice and cold, bed linens were clean, furniture dusted, carpets clean and vaccumed and floors mopped. My stay was a pleasant one with no issues and all guests and employees that I met were very cordial and polite. I plan on taking another visit there in the near future."

"First the bad: The facility is aged and in dire need of updating. Chairs in the bistro/bar are worn and almost have the filler exposed. The carpets are old and worn, TV in room couldn't get half of the "available channels", and one elevator didn't work all weekend. Now the great: The staff!! From Lore at check-in and check-out to Erika in the bistro/bar the staff were amazing. They were engaged, friendly and helpful. They were personable and amazing to deal with regardless of the ask. Update the facility and this would be a 10 hotel to stay at. We would gave the facility a 4 (bed was comfortable) but the staff a 12 out of 10! They were that great! Overall because of the staff we would give it an 8.5."
