"The room was definitely not worth how much I paid. If you have kids especially. The staff was SUPER rude and disrespectful and not helpful at all. Charged us for every single item. Charged us $100 because my child started her period and it got on the sheets. I just don’t understand how you treat someone like that. I’m fighting this and I definitely will NEVER ever recommend this hotel to anyone! They were against us colored people and you can definitely tell or they don’t like children. The pool was full of some type of substance to the point you could not see through the water. It burnt my kids skin. We left 10 minutes. Breakfast was okay but too many people and not enough food or sanitation. It smelled like dirty diapers or like someone took a poop in the entrance way. It smelled SO bad. WiFi sucked. The whole experience was horrible. I hated it!"

"The front desk staff were very friendly during check-in and remained helpful and courteous whenever I returned with questions. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of my stay. The complimentary soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in the shower were all empty. There were also no disposable drinking cups in the room, which is a standard amenity at most hotels. The elevator was extremely noisy and could be heard throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. The hot tub was only lukewarm, and the pool was uncomfortably cold. We also paid $17 per person for the breakfast buffet, which was very disappointing. The food quality was poor, items were not replenished in a timely manner, and the selection was no better than what is typically offered as a complimentary hotel breakfast. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again."
