"Port Washington Location, Room #435 *** Warning*** Do not stay here!!! I will never stay there again. Terrible Customer Service. Customers were waiting at the desk during check in & check out while staff was outside on their phones. They could see us waiting in line through the window and still refused to come inside and check us out. No coffee was made during breakfast while staff sat outside on their phones. Our room was paid for IN ADVANCE & they still required $100 deposit, which was NOT mentioned anywhere prior to arrival. Staff was rude about it and said they would not check us in without it. The room #435 was filthy and looked like it had not been cleaned in months. There were dead and alive bugs on the nightstand between the beds on the console. Not sure what kind of bugs they were. I am PRAYING they are not bed bugs. There were half dressed kids running around unsupervised the entire time we were there. No shirts, No shoes, No parents. We could hear them yelling and screaming in the hallways all night long. I could not wait to get out of this place. After changing we put all of out bags back in the car to try and make sure we didn't bring any bugs back home with us. The final straw was breakfast ... BOTH coffee urns has ZERO coffee in them. NOT A DROP at check out time while staff were sitting outside on their phones. They told me it would be 15 minutes to make coffee. Needless to say we left without it. I will NEVER stay here again & will do my best to warn others!"
