Free breakfast is meh. Small parking lot fills up quickly and you may have to park across the street often due to the overflow. "

"This property was one of the nicest I've seen in Fairbanks. I grew up in the area and recently returned for a business trip and I was very impressed with this high end unit. Everything worked well, the property owner was very responsive to all the questions that I had. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was very quiet. I will be returning to this property the next time I visit the city."
