"Everything was very good, with two exceptions: 1. When I went to the coffee bar, I noticed that there was no opportunity for the employee who was working there to sit down. Standing for a long time is not healthy, and there are stools that enable flexible sitting without needing a lot of space (wobble stools). I think a hotel that features wellness should also care about the well-being of its employees. 2. In the bathroom there was no shelf where I could put things on. As the bathroom was rather generous, there would be plenty of space to install a shelf "

"We had a lovely stay. Wonderful hotel, great facilities. Hotel staff were mostly great, but had a bad interaction with one of the night managers. We had late night food at the cafe . When we went to the till to pay the bill, the night manager was on his mobile phone and continued to use it right up to the point of us being in front of him. He did not seem interested in attending to us personally. Instead of dealing with our bill, he called across one of his subordinates who was actually cleaning somewhere else to process the bill and stepped back and watched the transaction. I found this really strange, and was not sure if this was due "

"This is our fourth trip to Prague and our third stay at the Belvedere. We just need a clean, comfortable and safe place to stay and are not looking for frills. We think the Trade Fair Palace (huge modern art museum with VanGoghs, Monets, Kupkas, Klimpts, etc.) is wonderful and only two or three blocks away. Hotel is just across river from old town and trams 17 and 26 take you there in about 3 or 4 stops. Nice Italian restaurant, San Carlo nearby as well as the Dim Sum Spot (small but very good) are within two blocks of hotel. Italian dinner with alcohol for under $50. What a buy the whole experience is. "

"Really lovely hotel. Great check-in, room, facilities and location. Good price too. Only issues we had was slow checkout and the bars in hotel and rooftop being quite expensive. Everything was excellent otherwise and wholly recommend. "

"Hotel was really lovely. Very clean and big room. All staff were lovely. Breakfast was outstanding freshly made omelette station was a big hit. Great choice at breakfast. It was my birthday during my stay and I was kindly given a lovely hand written card and cake which was a nice touch. Highly recommend this hotel. "
