Nice hotel overall. It has a restaurant and bar. I ordered beef for dinner and was pleasantly surprised to have filet mignon placed in front of me. A good size bathroom with the typical small shower stall. Not a lot of power outlets, also not uncommon. The staff was friendly, although the night desk person didn't know too much English. Fantastic, super !!!!!

I was so happy that the rooms were truly soundproof. I am a light sleeper and did not hear the airplane at all. Very comfortable beds, clean, nice and spacious rooms.

I booked this hotel based on ratings on Expedia and Tripadvisor. When I arrived, I was greeted with drinks and a tour of the hotel, as well as a detail introduction of attractions and activities in Prague. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on a hill that looks down on the picturesque view of old town Prague. From the hotel, most attractions are within 20-30 min walking distance. The hotel is in a great location that is easily accessible to many landmarks. Staff is courteous and very professional. Room was immaculate and housekeeping was great. I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again. Excellent hotel.

I love this hotel, I stay here every time I come to Prague and am always blown away by how kind the staff is. Central to all Prague has to offer too. Definitely stay here if you’re planning a trip!

What a wonderful hotel! We would definitely stay here again, and we've already recommended the hotel to others. Beyond the welcoming and informed staff, the comfortable room, and the delicious food, we truly enjoyed the impressive art. Loved the music theme and had a great time trying to guess the various artists.

This was a very nice hotel and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It is pretty close to the city center and far enough away to be in a nicer area. The staff was excellent and I would recommend it.

Great way to stay near the airport (10 min drive). Very clean, comfortable and spacious room, delicious breakfast. Staff was helpful with tips on getting around in Prague. Only minus was our particular 4 bed suite was not accessible by elevator, which meant we had to carry our luggage up and down two flights of stairs, which was a pain (I believe other smaller rooms in the building have elevator access). Other than that, we were very pleased.

We loved everything about this hotel from the staff to the lovely, impeccably clean rooms to the fantastic breakfast spread. The rooms are large and stylish with lots of storage space, and the bathrooms are huge with a large bathtub and separate shower. The front desk staff were always tremendously helpful and friendly, as were the breakfast staff and all of the other staff at the hotel. This was by far the best hotel experience I’ve had in the last few years, having stayed in hotels an average of 100 days per year. The location in Prague is ideal for sight seeing and the staff, services and amenities were superb. Before staying here, I visited the restaurant due to its fantastic food and views before giving the hotel itself a try. I can’t wait to come back.

Great location in the heart of the Old Town but in a quiet nook away from tourist traffic. Warm, attentive staff, from receptionists to breakfast crew. Excellent breakfast with a variety of foods from eggs and sausages, beans and veggies to yogurt and homemade pastries.
