This delightful timber home with unparalleled views of Freycinet Peninsula & Great Oyster Bay has its own private access to Nine Mile Beach and is situated on 5 acres, half way along Dolphin Sands, on the East Coast of Tasmania.
Featuring a very comfortable timber home it offers 2 levels of living, both with decks plus a glass enclosed sunroom and separate BBQ area. Upstairs is a double bedroom with separate TV / living area which extends onto a deck. Downstairs bedroom has two singles that can be combined into a large queen bed. There is also a smart TV here so you can take advantage of the wireless NBN signal (complimentary with your booking). with There Is also portable single bed for that extra guest.
The kitchen is neat with gas cooking, the bathroom has a claw bath and separate shower / toliet. For your comfort a reverse cycle air conditioner is provided and for those winter getways you'll appreciate the warmth and ambience offered by the woodheater in the living area. There is a TV here also but you're likely to be looking at the view including the awesome Backdrop of the "Hazards" on the skyline. There is also a BBQ area which is a must after you have spent the day fishing on the beach, only metres away.
The setback position offers open coastal vegetation, shady Banksia trees, native plants and stunning scenery, clear waters & seclusion. Wildlife native to the area include Bennett's wallabies, possums, echidnas and wombats
Enjoy: surfing, swimming, boating, fishing, walking, observing dolphins, whales & fur seals & numerous species of coastal birds, such as sea eagles. Oyster farm and boat ramp are nearby and its just a short drive to numerous vineyards. We' even supply a super safe spring free trampoline for the kids, or those adults that are young at heart.
