"Travelling on my own - checked in and was given the key to someone else room - so walked into someone else's room! As a solo traveler this made me nervous about staying in case it happened to my room. Was told i would be offered compensation - never was - ended up barricading myself in my room at night and had a terrible night sleep. All i got was sorry to hear that and asked to give my email. Terrible service and would not recommend for a Would not stay here again as a solo travller which is a shame as its great location. If you were staying in room 459 on Wednesday 13th May i have a photo fo the inside of you rrom that i took as evidence"

"Room was clean and bathroom was newly renovated and unexpectedly spacious for London hotel size. Staff are all welcoming and friendly. Close to metro and Coach station. Breakfast was good and staff in the lounge was very polite and friendly. The only draw back wss the noise level, you could hear the trains running by."

"I was disappointed as I attended for my birthday and was given a room on a hallway where they were in construction with doors taped up and without door handles. It wasn’t the special stay I was imagining especially after paying more for an executive room."
