"Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Teenagern und hatten das Apartment gebucht, um eine Woche lang in Chamonix Ski zu fahren. Bereits beim Eintritt in das Chalet fiel uns ein eigenartiger Geruch auf. Beim Verräumen stellten wir fest, dass an vier von fünf Fensterbänken bzw. der Laibung schwarzer Schimmel vorhanden war. Im Bad zeigte ein Großteil der sichtbaren Fußleisten starken Schimmelbefall. Das Bad hat keine Heizung und auch keine separate Lüftungseinrichtung, dafür aber viel Holzvertäfelung....

"Our very short, 2-night stay was made simple by walking access to both the ski lift and all the amenities in town. In site ski locker was a bonus! We were lucky to be there on a Thursday (market day) and unlucky that the weather was not ideal for skiing. Communication with our host was clear and timely. Check in and check out were smooth. Would highly recommend and return for a longer stay!"

"The apartment is in a great location; you can ski in and out and it's really close to the telecabine. It's clean and well equipped and has an amazing view of the mountains. The ceiling on the mezzanine is a little low but no problem for our family of five. Communication with the host was great and the greeting when we arrived was lovely. We would definitely come again. "A lovey and "cozy" European chalet perfectly located to the place you want to ski when visiting Chamonix. Note that you are a 30 minutes bus ride away from the town of Chamonix, but right next to the best skiing. The host and management were easy to communicate with, which helped in finding the chalet complex that is tucked away just a bit. Cheers"

"We had a great time in this spacious and well-appointed apartment. It is well equipped for any cooking you want to do, and has a great balcony to enjoy the beautiful view. We would stay there again!"

"Second stay at this apartment. Good location by the main gondola lift. Apartment is large and suitable for a family, with a king size bed, a double and a single bed. Lots of equipment and access to Netflix if you have an account. Remember to either bring your own towels and bedding or order in advance. Shower is hot and powerful and bathroom is clean and practical. Two fridges and two coffee machines! We ate out most evenings or got take away pizza, so I can not comment on the cooking...

"The chalet was perfect for our family holiday, the three double bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The property was clean and the owner Christine was quick to address our access to the internet. The ski slopes of St Gervais are 5 mins by car and Les Contamines and Combloux only about 15 minutes away a perfect location to access great ski ing. We would definitely book again thank you."

"This is not a hotel. It’s an apartment for rent. So lower your expectations in terms of on site help or availability. The property is managed through a company that only has local phones for contact information. Using the Expedia app to communicate with them is unreliable as they will claim not to receive messages on time or at all. Once booking is completed they will send you an email in French.
