"The breakfast was spectacular!! The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bed and pillows were very comfy. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub needed maintenance so unable to use them the last night. The room was clean. The building is well loved, just showing it's age. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The rooms were very clean, and fresh, both in looks and scent. The staff were FABULOUS, and the hot tub was awesome! We loved the option to pre check in, which also gave us options to purchase an early check in (1pm) , or super early check in (11am) as well as late check out! We went for an event, and thankfully the event centre was basically right across the street- completely eliminating the need for us to find transportation! We loved this hotel, and will probably stay here everytime we are in Penticton! "

"They are renovating the whole place so from the outside it looks bad, once you go to your room is exactly as they advertise it. Due to renovations and being so close to the hwy is a bit noisy. Other than that is really good, very comfortable bed and pillows. We stayed during winter time so hopefully by summer it will be finished and beautiful "
