"The host famy are very nice people and explained everything well. The house is light and welcoming. The outside area has a great pool and the garden is large with various seating options. We especially enjoyed eating outside at the large table. It is advertised as 9 people but realistically two beds were on the floor, so suits 7 perfectly. We very much appreciated the late check out due to no booking following us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Endroit calme, grand avec beaucoup de charme. Les moins : douche vétuste, utilisation de l’eau compliquée, pas voir peu de pression d’eau pour prendre les douches (week-end très chaud 40 degrés), mobilier de jardin sale donc pas utilisable (patios et terrasse). Pour l’utilisation de l’eau cela devrait être indiqué dans l’annonce de location."

"The property has all modern facilities and is beautiful inside and out. Everything one could possibly need was provided, including basics in the kitchen cupboards like teabags, cooking oil etc. There was also a thoughtful welcome pack of basic foods- butter, milk, jam etc. The pool is lovely. The beds are comfy, the bathrooms immaculate. Probably the best gite we have ever stayed in."

"Superbe séjour dans cette belle Villa et son parc remarquable. La piscine est géniale et les enfants en ont bien profité. Un vrai bol d air pur à la campagne dans cette maison tout confort sans oublier une escapade aux Sables d Olonne pour la Vendée Va'a à trente minute à peine. Je recommande vivement cette belle location dans laquelle nous avons passé un trés bon moment."

"We had a great holiday here with two families. House was well appointed and equipped and the grounds and pool house are fabulous! The only drawback is that the owners haven't paid for refuse collection so we had to cart our rubbish to the nearest town. The surrounding area is lovely, with a short drive to beaches and seaside towns. The nearest town, Avrillé, does not have a lot to offer but has a small shop, takeaway and nice patisserie. Le Bernard is walkable from the house and has a lovely...

"The property was lovely and spacious and perfectly located for golf lovers. The garden and pool were very well maintained. And the supermarkets, and beach were about 15 minute drive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be going back! "

Itinéraire très bien expliqué pour arriver .Nous avons pu vraiment passer un très bon week - end dans une villa qui est vraiment le lieu idéal pour se retrouver en famille. Votre maison est vraiment confortable et agréable. La table de ping pong et les extérieurs ont conquis petits et grands! Très calme en cette saison.
