Our house is inseritain a context of rare beauty, from which you can fully enjoy the wonders of an area unspoilt by mass tourism and still as splendid as nature has delivered it to us. The novelty of 2024 is the presence of a photovoltaic panel system that makes the use of the equipment ZERO IMPACT on the environment. Our houses in Domus De Maria are ideal for visiting the magnificent beaches (chia,capo teulada,pinus village,santa margherita) but also for getting to know the Sardinian deer and mouflon reserves, perhaps with a beautiful walk in the mountains. Inside you will find all the useful comforts to spend a peaceful holiday, WI-FI, air conditioners, household appliances of the best brands, beach equipment on loan for free use, washing machine, electrical and plumbing systems made according to current standards, private parking for the car.

"All the steps to our holidays in this apartment went perfectly. Aldo was very kind in communication, organization and at site advises. The apartment met the descriptions in every point. Domus de Maria is a cosy small village where you can meet the authentic way of live. The nearby beaches are so beautiful, every day a chance to visit a new coast. Alternatively the forest of Is Cannoneris offers various opportunities for hiking or mountain biking. Insider tip: Try to grill a Salsiccia from the macelleria "Centrocarni" - marvelous!"

Tranquillità e comodità...

Abbiamo soggiornato durante la seconda settimana di Agosto... la casa corrisponde in toto all’annuncio... essendo al secondo piano aprendo le finestre l’aria circola e si sta bene... comunque all’occorrenza c’è un doppio split che ci mette un attimo a raffreddare l’appartamento... Aldo ci ha accolto amichevolmente dandoci qualche dritta che abbiamo accolto felicemente... Consigliamo Vivamente a tutti!!!😃👍🏻👍🏻

Appartamento molto carino e funzionale

L'appartamento è carino, funzionale e molto calmo. Domus de Maria è un paese molto piacevole , e tutte le spiagge di Chia sono facilmente raggiungibili in macchina (massimo 15 minuti). Aldo è stato un padrone di casa disponibile ed efficente, ci ha accolto benissimo e ci dato dei suggerimenti preziosi. Insomma, un'ottima settimana di mare. Consigliatissimo!

Great apartment, great host and great location

The apartment is better than in the pictures, very clean, spacious, good views and confortable (great bed and pillow). The location is perfect to enjoy Chia beaches: is quite near and you have services (you go to buy bread, food, to a bar or restaurant walking) because is in a small town, not in the mountain or road. Aldo is really nice, he explained everything about the apartment and gave us a lot of information and advices about the zone, maps, restaurants and beaches and was available for questions, advices,... We absolutely recomend it and'll come back to Aldo's apartament!

Appartment mit allem, was man braucht

Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden. Sie war so, wie wir es nach der Objektbeschreibung und den anderen Bewertungen erwartet haben. Es gab sogar - für italienische Verhältnisse untypisch - Spülmittel, Spüllappen, Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine, Sandspielzeug für die Kleinen, eine Kühltasche mit Kühlakkus, einen Sonnenschirm für den Strand. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Küche und Balkon sind recht klein, reicht aber für den Urlaub aus. Großes Schlafzimmer mit genügend Stauraum für Kleidung und Platz für ein evtl. Beistellbett für Kinder (haben wir gestellt bekommen). Helles, sauberes Badezimmer mit Dusche (Glasduschwand und kein unhygienischer Vorhang). Privatparkplatz vorm Haus für jedes der 3 Wohnungen vorhanden. Das Appartment liegt mitten in einem „richtig italienischen“ Dorf. Hier kann man authentischen, nicht touristischen Urlaub machen. Der Bäcker ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt, genauso wie kleiner Supermarkt. Wer in einem großen Supermarkt einkaufen möchte, muss nach Pula (ca. 20 Autominuten) fahren. Dort kann man auch Eis essen, Restaurants besuchen und ein wenig bummeln. Wochenmarkt in Domus de Maria ist Samstag vormittags und fußläufig erreichbar. Innerhalb von 10 Autominuten ist man an den traumhaften Stränden Chias. Der Vermieter Aldo war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, jederzeit erreichbar und hat gute Tipps für die Umgebung, Restaurants etc. gegeben. Wir können das Appartment zweifelsfrei weiterempfehlen und würden es wieder buchen.

Super logement, super logeur !

Nous sommes venus à trois avec notre fille de 4 ans et nous avons été très bien accueillis par Aldo très disponible et de bons conseils. Le logement est top, bien équipé, bien situé, très propre et au calme. Le village est très joli et les commerçants tous à proximité sont sympathiques. On trouve tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. La région est superbe, 10 minutes en voiture des magnifiques plages de Chia, 20 minutes du site antique de Nora, 50 minutes de Cagliari, et tant d'autres choses à voir dans les alentours qu'Aldo s'est chargé de lister. Nous remercions Aldo pour sa disponibilité, sa politesse ainsi que ses bons conseils. Julien, Jennyfer et Anna.

Satisfaction mitigée

L'accueil que nous a réservé Mr Bertorino a été très chaleureux. Il a pris le temps pour nous présenter son appartement et nous conseiller les sites à visiter. L'appartement est vraiment très bien équipé et d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Nous indiquons que notre satisfaction était mitigée car nous avons été déçu par le temps.

Ottima location appartamento curato e completo dalla lavatrice all'aspirapolvere forno microonde,tutto il necessario posizionato in posizione strategico per visionare tutte le più belle spiaggia del sud Sardegna.Chia dista 10 minuti di auto fantastica. Angenehme Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge im Süden

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man braucht. Sogar ein Sonnenschirm und eine Kühltasche samt Akkus waren vorhanden. Aldo ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Prima!

Ho alloggiato qualche anno fa nella Red House, ma mi sono dimenticata di lasciare una recensione e mi sembra doverosa quando l'appartamento è conforme alla descrizione e alle foto pubblicate. Il mio soggiorno era nelle due settimane centrali di agosto, ma nonostante questo abbiamo potuto godere, io e mio marito, di tranquillità nell'appartamento di Aldo, completo di tutto. Proprietario disponibile e simpatico, ci ha inoltre fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie, itinerari e ristoranti, per trascorrere al meglio la ns. vacanza lontano dallo stress.

Appartamento pulito e confortevole, dotato di tutto il necessario per vivere una vacanza in serenità. Bellissima esperienza

Vermieter: Den Vermieter Aldo habe ich als sehr zuverlässigen, hilfsbereiten und professionellen Vermieter kennengelernt. Er hat sich bei meiner Ankunft die Zeit genommen und mir hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Zudem findet man in seiner Ferienwohnung ein Handout mit all seinen wertvollen Tipps zu Stränden, Restaurants usw. Auch während meines Aufenthaltes konnte ich mich bei Fragen an Aldo jederzeit wenden. Ferienwohnung: Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sehr sauber, sehr gepflegt, gut eingerichtet und voll ausgestattet. In der Küche findet sich sogar Olivenöl, Spaghetti usw. für die Gäste. Ich persönlich habe mich in dem Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt. Domus de Maria: Domus de Maria ist ein sehr kleines Dorf mit einem sehr guten Bäcker, einer guten Pizzeria und einem sehr gutes Fischrestaurant (Trattoria de Angelo). In dem Ort befindet sich sogar eine Bank. Es ist zu Fuß, alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Auch der Supermarkt befindet sich in der Nähe. Die Einwohner habe ich als sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit erlebt. Fazit: Ich habe mich im Süden von Sardinien sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt super schöne Strände und ich würde jederzeit dort wieder hinfahren.

Serenità....

Una vacanza proprio serena ,tranquilla, senza alcun problema grazie soprattutto ad Aldo il proprietario, che ci ha accolto con un gran sorriso e tutta una serie di consigli e proposte. Vacanza splendida

Abbiamo soggiornato nella "Casa Rossa" a Domus de Maria nelle due settimane centrali di agosto, appartamento molto curato, pulito e dotato veramente di ogni accessorio! Aldo padrone di casa impeccabile, attendo e presente! I luoghi nei dintorni a dir poco meravigliosi, a pochi chilometri spiagge veramente incantevoli! E' stata proprio una bella vacanza e siamo felici di aver conosciuto un altro pezzetto di Sardegna che ancora non avevamo visitato! Grazie Aldo!

molto buono

il soggiorno a Domus de Maria è stato rispondente alle aspettative: posto tranquillo, a pochi km da una bellissima spiaggia (Chia) e abbastanza vicino ad altre spiagge come Porto Pino o Nora. Quest'ultima molto interessante per il sito archeologico. L'appartamento molto confortevole e pulito, con la costante attenzione del proprietario. Buono il suo suggerimento di una cena in un agriturismo a pochi km (mitza e s'orcu? circa).
