"We have not used the rooms after we checked in as the rooms smell of cigarette smoke, the other tenants were yelling , some tenants were yelling, other la were stalking our rooms and vehicles."

"This hotel is at the far end of the town, so it was a bit far to walk to the downtown area. It is, however located across from a Waterpark and the Festhall where the Oktoberfest celebration starts. Outdoor pool available. Breakfast was homemade waffles, etc... overall, good experience."

"I had some car issues so had to extend my stay indefinitely. Michael and Demi were so kind to me and Cassandra was also very nice. The people who clean the rooms were very considerate of my specific needs. The hotel was very clean and everyone had a smile and said hello. My brother lives in Gainsville and there is no other place I’d stay. "
