"We came to Lake Lanier for a fishing spring break. The boat dock was awesome! The owners had just put in a new outlet near the dock which made charging our boat batteries at night very easy. We enjoyed sitting on the upper level of the boat dock, taking in the view. The house was really nice! Absolutely loved the completely empty pantry so we had somewhere for our food. So often rentals leave you no cabinet space to put food, so that was very nice. The bedrooms were big and nice and all the bathrooms were really nice too. It was very easy to get comfortable and feel like a home away from home. The owners were very nice and enjoyed meeting them when we arrived."

"The check in personnel was inadequately trained and had to phone someone to help check me in. The room I booked wasn't available, and the only ones they had were not clean (@ 10:30 pm at night, seems someone wasn't doing their job that day). I was offered a lessor room, and since I had been driving for 5 hours to get here, I needed a room. They didn't offer to compensate me for the difference or even suggest any future comps on my next stay. "

"Better communication re : available parking for renters as we got a sticker on our driver window. Clear indication of address ( on university property ) kitchen utensils, had to request curtains for glass doors several times. making clients aware initial check in does not require butterfly’s app. Location good for our needs …. Lovely property. "

"We stayed here during a wedding. The house was amazing and the views for the back porch and dock were absolutely wonderful. I was able to hang out and talk with my sons by the outdoor fire pit. Totally awesome! Absolutely great experience. "

"We used this as an oppurtunity to get our family together to close out the year and it did not disappoint! The home was beautiful and the back yard was a huge part of the enjoyment! The view is spectacular and it is beyond relaxing!"

"Going to Townhouse the Driveway was Rough for my Sedan car. The stay was okay but the Owner accused us of bleaching his towels when those was the towels that’s was provided . Everything was else was good . Host as attentive but next stay I will contact the host of everything I see wrong . Instead of being accused. Especially since I didn’t use none of the appliances besides the stove . "

"The location and check in process were good/convenient. The cleanliness and condition of the property were quite poor. Shower towels and rags are very worn down, master bedroom sheets are aged as well. Due to these downsides I would not recommend this property or rent in the future. "
