"The room and hotel worked for what it was offering! I enjoyed my stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful, but the door to the room I was staying in wasn’t working properly so I did run into some minor issues there. Other than that, it was very smooth sailing! Would recommend!"

"Everyone was lovely and helpful, there was a bit of a smelly drain issue in our bathroom and they tried hard to rectify it for us. The waterhole room was really useful. Breakfast was yummy. The evolution and Bistro were great and so was the planet putt. The wildlife park was amazing. The animals were really well cared for and had great habitats. The hitel is definately worth a stay."

"We Stayed in the classic double room on the 5th floor.. on arrival we were greeted by a member of reception who was very welcoming and registered us to our room. ( we left our cases earlier in the day) On entry to our room our cases had been brought up and left in there for us. we noticed how nice the smell was and how clean it was. The bathroom was immaculate and the shower was huge. The pressure on the shower jets was extremely good ( most hotels struggle with low pressure) there was also molton brown toiletries and plenty of towels. The bedroom was well presented and had the added bonus of a chaise in the corner and a table. The tv was great and had sky channels including sports. There was an iron, board and hair dryer as well as a great selection of tea, coffee and hot chocolate. The bed itself was the best feature and we had the comfiest nights sleep in months. We also noted that we could hear a pin drop during our stay which is unusual in any hotel. We went for breakfast in the morning and this was a highlight of our stay. I can't fault any of the staff as they were all extremely polite and helpful. They really couldnt do enough for us. I had the avocado and poached egg which was delicious and my husband had the full English to which he stated at the time was the best meal he had eaten in a long time. Overall the whole experience was fantastic and we would highly recommend Dakota to everyone."

"Great price & location for our 1 night stay. Clean, comfortable rooms & fantastic breakfast. £23.95 for overnight parking but disappointing to have to leave by 12 when we didn’t check in until 3 the day before but convenient & secure."
