"I arrived several hours early before check in time due to leaving the previous night's accommodation as soon as possible as I didn't feel happy staying there, I am so grateful to the staff at Cat Tien Farm Stay for letting me check in early. The room itself was large with a comfortable double bed. It did not match the room in the photograph with a bath but it did have a private toilet and shower room. The toilet and shower room was large but basic and out dated however for the price I cannot...

"Clean room. Despite being near Bui Vien, a happening and lively area, it was quiet. Quite easy to get food as there are some restaurants in the area. Excellent staff service. I had a hard pillow to sleep on the first night, but all I had to do, was tell the reception and it's change. Really happy with everything... "

"Perfect place. Right close to all the action on Bui Vien without the loud noise from the clubs down the street. Close to restaurants and the main party area of Bui Vien, but quiet for a great night's rest. This will be my new go to Hotel when I'm in Saigon."

"the facility is excellent, had stayed there before and really liked it, but this time the staff was often gone. only a maid there to check us in, so she had to keep calling the manager. we arrived hot and tired but there was a power outage and no generator, so quite miserable. I made a mistake with my reservation, but again she had to call the manager to get an upgrade. Also we were often locked in or out and couldn't get in or out without major difficulty."

"All-around positive experience. The room was large and very clean. There’s a coffee shop on the entry level, which I liked. Decent location depending on what you prefer to be close to. Staff was very nice and helpful."

"Property marked incorrectly on map by Expedia. Needed local assistance to find it. Place locked up on arrival. Needed to phone for assistance. Security on room poor; small glass panels above doorlock. Any unskilled person could break glass and enter. No security box. Only cold water available on first and last day. Shower head leaking spraying water everywhere. TV and set top box unable to be plugged in, sockets not accepting plugs. Fridge not working."
