"The thermal spas are amazing. Although the outdoor one for us was closed for the two days for cleaning. Overall the hotel outside of the thermal spas is very dated and not the cleanest. we had some holes in linen and it was all a bit grimy. The staff were lovely and the food was great. "

The only small complaint I have is that they promised mountain or lake views from the room, and because of the location of the hotel, that is not possible. We were overall very satisfied."

"The worst was that the smoking area is around the most popular exit of the hotel. The breakfast area is too small and too crowd and I saw some who came late had to eat at the hotel lobby. The western style salad food is not enough. Overall, the breakfast provided was good. "
