"I try and avoid the big chain hotels when I travel and this BnB was perfect. Small family run property slightly off the main road but just a short walk to the old city area of Zagreb. The staff are wonderful and the place is modern but still quaint. Highly recommend!!!!"

"Property was in an easily accessible location. Room was nice and clean, bed and shower were great. Nice breakfast as well. There was the pet cockatoo that kept us company outside of his cage and just pooped on the floor as we were eating in the breakfast space. Unsanitary! Perhaps due to the name I was expecting a more hotel like environment when in fact these are rooms in a house. Did not have a “suite” feel at all. Patio was also communal and you have to exit the front door of your room...

"What a find! Our apartment was just what we needed for 2 days of visitng Zagreb. It was comfortdble, spotless, and quiet. If our trip had allowed for more time, we would have loved to stay longer. The description is 100% accurate. It is conveniently located near the airport, and the train to Zagreb Center is only 5 minutes away. It is above a grocery store, so that was a real plus for us too. "Location was easy walk to old town. Staff were very friendly and helpful giving us a map on arrival, storing our luggage as we were early and advising on best places to go. Room was very small with very loud toilet and shower ( was a mastercator one hence the noise). Walk to park car was a bit of a distance but location was secure in underground storage garage."

"A lovely traditional hotel with art nouveau architecture and style. The decoration was pretty glamorous. The staff was very hospitable and the concierge gave us good recommendations. The room we got was very spacious and had a gorgeous view of the hotel's terrace. We also liked the toiletries from L'Occitane. We did not have breakfast included, but it was raining so we decided to stay in and pay for it even though it was pricey, but it was worth it. Varied and delicious choices, the restaurant was really nice and had excellent service. The hotel was in the Lower Town, but just about 10 minutes from Upper Town (which is more touristy, but we found the Lower Town to be prettier). While we had a great experience at the hotel overall, it does feel a bit run down and in need of an upgrade. However, we felt the price we paid was very reasonable for what we got. If they upgrade the hotel, they will probably increase the rates."
