"Perfect location for Florence train station. Great breakfast. Clean hotel and helpful staff. But on the tram side is pretty noisy in the room. If you stay more than one night this can be pretty bothering."

"The hotel is nicely located a few minutes from Firenze Centrale and 10/ 15 minutes to all the sites. It's a grand old place but a little tired, we had a lovely room but the bathroom was in desperate need of a deep clean, I don't think the bath had been scrubbed for months. The staff were pleasant enough and the breakfast was a solid 2.5 out of 5."

"The room was very specious, the hotel is located right across from the train station so location is ideal. The room I stayed in had a small terrace with a small sofa and a chair overlooking the main road. Despite being in a very busy location the room was well isolated and there was no voice. A tram station is just out the door and I will definitely stay here again."

"Lovely room and gorgeous location. Best to have a car when coming as it is far away from major areas. Lots of in-house facilities and walks. Good for a relaxing break. We enjoyed family holiday, with visits to the pool and easy drive to Florence."
