Excellent, elegant, small boutique hotel in the middle of all the important places to go in Florence, I say it with the knowledge of someone who has lived there twice. Tthe service is exceptional, welcoming, kind, friendly and in disposition to help. I had the luck to spend Holloween night in their bar and they went out of their way to decorate it. I plan to go back if I return to that beautiful city, I thank all the staff for making my stay so pleasurable!

I never leave reviews but I absolutely loved my stay here. It was beautiful and the view from our room was amazing. The bar was awesome and the breakfast was good. Perfectly located—just a short walk to all the top attractions. I do feel it was on the pricer side of our budget but definitely worth it.

The hotel was also spotless, treated its guests with utmost care, kindness, and respect and provided a lovely complimentary breakfast. It is also very accessible to all that Florence has to offer. Hotel was beautiful. Stunning views, very clean and the staff were really nice and very helpful. Location was excellent for all the local attractions, shops, restaurants and transport. We had a wonderful dinner and cocktails here too. There is some work being done outside the hotel but this did not affect us. I would definitely stay here again if I am lucky enough to be back to Florence.

Elegant property in great location

We had a lovely 2 night stay at a room with a terrace overlooking the city which was magical. The staff were lovely helpful and spoke English very well. Really convenient location. Nice breakfast in a very pretty room. Would certainly recommend staying here. Nice bath products & beautiful marble bathroom with great water pressure.

The hotel was wonderful! The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We were lucky to have a balcony overlooking the Arno River. It was spectacular at night! The bar and restaurant made dining easy and the food / service was excellent! I highly recommend this hotel to visitors!

A very nice artesian hotel in the heart of the city. The rooms are elegantly designed, spacious, and clean. The staff was courteous and the bar and breakfast was a very welcome surprise.

The hotel location is excellent. Air conditioning and elevator were functioning very well. Room service was excellent. Breakfast is limited but okay. The room size is small. WiFi was slow initially but was very good later on. We enjoyed our stay.
