I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was very conveniently located to things to do, shopping, pubs and attractions. I loved my room, natural lighting was abundant and the staff was always available. I will be staying at this hotel again in the future.

Check-in was a bit dicey as the young girl at the desk was somewhat inattentive at her job. The elevator was broken for our entire stay. We were n the top floor. Housekeeping is patchy at best. The best part of this property was the price at a very central location.

The location is very central but Fleet Street is really noisy, especially Saturday night. Very loud music was played until past 11pm which meant we could not sleep until very late.
The room was spacious but carpet was stained and looked dirty. Staff was helpful and professional.
