"I checked into the hotel and unfortunately fell in the room, had a knot on the back of my head and broke 2 toes. My cousin contacted the Front Desk and an ambulance came and took me to the hospital. I never had a chance to unpack and stayed in the hospital for 6 days. When I contacted the hotel on day two to see if I cancel the reservation I was told that since I checked in that my request was denied. I understand that the hotel has procedures but I never had a chance to enjoy it. The Clerk showed no empathy and never escalated my request based on my circumstance. I was just very disapointed."

"COLD AC - Good hot water-nothing was bitting me while in bed- had a ok good night sleep... had to buy bleach just felt away tub dirty- the bad lots of dogs in room on beds- homeless people - left early fight woke me up scared me more like a extended stay rather then hotel. Lots of restaurants u can walk to lots....thats a Good thing!"

"Un hotel al que le tengo hasta cariño. Me he quedado en muchas ocasiones por su ubicación y tiendas de conveniencia como Walmart, restaurantes de comida rápida en sus alrededores. Pero está muy decaído. No tiene piscina hacen meses y un solo elevador. La habitación no tenía zafacon. Se ve como han logrado sobrevivir sin tan siquiera tener las herramientas o artículos necesarios para sostenerlo. Con todo y eso los que están hacen lo que pueden. No te al llegar las afueras perdidas. El día q me fui vi q habían cortado malezas. La última vez q estuve fue en 2021 y como que vi q estaban haciendo algunas mejorías. Se ve q están haciendo algunas aún. Espero poder volver. Fue cómodo el cuarto."

"Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Hotel nit appropriately staffed for a busy weekend. The front desk staff had to do valet parking; we had to ask several times to get our room serviced; a dangerous condition in the room because of a malfunction shower curtain tha just dumped water on the floor. Other engineering flubs. We expected a higher level of service and room amenities for the price we paid."

"Traveled from SC. Stayed there for 4 nights we came up for a family member funeral. Not enough handicap parking spaces. Cleanness of the room was not I expected. Durning our stay no one never came in to tidy up the room nor was the waste basket emptied from the room. We had to go and get towels and wash cloths for the room. We are accustomed to staying in places wear as a paying customer our basic needs are met! We did observe a housekeeping cart in the hallway, we express to the young lady at the front desk only thing she ask when we return to the room was, she asked us Sir what room were y'all in? We told her and my husband response was maybe they will clean it tomorrow however tomorrow didn't come!!!!! It was time to leave and the room was neverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! cleaned. I Would not ever recommend this establishment to any one!"
