"All rooms had an ocean view. Very spacious and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were close to the rest of our party who had booked separately. Even though it was busy the design of the towers made it not feel crowded at all. The pools were perfect with amazing sunsets! We were within a very short walk you our outstanding back to back Pink Sails turtle snorkeling and then coming off one of their boats to hop on another one to go on a whale watching tour. "The hotel is under heavy renovation/construction which causes a lot of noise and issues. One day the hot water was off from 10 am to 3 pm. To get from the rooms to the front desk you have to walk through a roped off path beside a large area where the workers are working, which will be the lobby. The staff gave us an upgrade to reduce the noise and accommodated early check in. The room was exceptionally beautiful with all of the modern features.
