"We had an nice 1 week stay in this charming little house. The house is well situated in a quiet street in the centre of the Medieval town of Barr. The house is recently modernized and tastfully decorated, the kitchen in the basement is simple and functional, it however has a low ceiling. This and the fact that you have to take two small stairs to get into your bed on the second floor, makes the house less suitable for elderly and long travelers like me. "We stayed here for visiting the Christmas Market in Strasbourg. The accommodation is even better than the pictures show. Matthieu is a great host, very friendly and had a lot of tips regarding Christmas Markets in Alsace. Thanks again for the great hospitality, we enjoyed every minute of it."

"House is situated in a very small calm village and is really big - two floors, 4 completely separate sleeping rooms, 2 spaceous living rooms, 2 badrooms and toilets, big kitchen.So there is enough space for a comfortable stay for 4 families with any 2-3 members in each.There is quite a spaceous yard near the house separated from the street by the fenster and the gates. There is also enough parking space both in the yard and at the street near the house.Overall we were very pleased with the house...
