This apartment was lovingly renovated last year, and we are delighted to welcome you to its bright and airy rooms.

The apartment (1st floor) offers a living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Panoramic windows are a highlight, and the fold-out balcony is perfect for relaxing. Next door, you'll find a renovated bedroom with a double bed and charming details. The bathroom has also been completely renovated, perfectly in keeping with the motto "small but perfectly formed." There is also a small room with a sofa bed, which can be used as an additional sleeping option.

Outside, you'll find a newly landscaped garden with a terrace, a garden area, garden furniture, and a barbecue. A beautiful rose garden at the entrance completes the picture. Parking and storage for bicycles, etc., are available directly behind the house.
